OPTIONS
Online – This is the simplest, fastest
and most secure method to place your order.
Phone
– If you are uncomfortable ordering online or have a
pre-sales question, feel free to contact us by phone to place

order online. You can then fax your credit card details to

PURCHASE ORDER - We accept purchase order from U.S. government
or educational institutions. Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery.
Most orders arrive before the quoted delivery time. To place your
order you will need to print out the order once you check-out
and email or fax it to us along with your completed, signed purchase
order with a PO#.. If you decide to pay by check or money order
you will need to print-out and mail the order information to us.
ORDER PROCESSING - Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for delivery. Most
orders arrive before the quoted delivery time. To place your order
you will need a credit card (Visa or Mastercard) and an email
address. If you decide to pay by check or money order you will
need to print-out and mail the order information provided to you
online.
 

SHIPPING
POLICY - All orders ship USPS Mail,
USPS Express Mail, UPS Ground, 2 Day or Next
Day arriving within 4 - 6 weeks from the order date depending
on volume the shipping method selected and delivery location.
Most orders arrive before the quoted delivery time. All orders
ship Monday through Friday with no Saturday deliveries. In case
of returned orders due to incorrect address, business closed,
customer unavailable and similar situations the cost of reshipping
the order to the same or a different address will be at the cost
of the purchaser.

RETURNS POLICY - If you are not satisfied, items may be returned
for credit or refund within 30 days from the original date of
purchase. Product must be returned in good condition, in its original
packaging with the invoice and a note explaining the reason for
the return.
Shipping and handling charges
are not refundable.

to us. Any information provided to us is used strickly for our
purposes, and will never be sold or provided to any other entity

right corner of your browser window the order you are placing
is not secure. This is to provide added asurrance that your information

SECURITY POLICY - At Parentpoints, we take Internet security and
data privacy very serious. We can assure you that all information
captured and stored on our servers is safe, secure.

and stores your customer and order information using the safest

offerings from the initial screen and click "Continue".
Your browser will display the secure connection "lock"
and depending on the settings in your browsers you may see a message

Our order page provider incorporates

monitor and protect our networks against malicious attacks and
viruses. In addition, their shared hosting servers are protected
behind internal firewalls and monitoring software.
